We are seeking a Physician and Community Liaison to build strong referral relationships and champion our brand within local physicians and the communities we serve.
Position Summary:
The Physician and Community Liaison plays a key role in driving patient growth through relationship building, marketing, and community engagement. This position acts as the link between referring providers, the community, and our clinical team, ensuring seamless communication and a top-tier experience for both partners and patients. Work location will include travel to our clinics in Northern Virginia, referral sources throughout the DMV, and some ability to work from home.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, office managers, referral coordinators, gym managers, store managers, and other community stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between external referral sources and Solutions’ clinical and administrative teams.
- Represent the company at community events, health fairs, and local outreach opportunities.
- Create and manage marketing content including email campaigns, social media posts, and print materials using platforms like Canva.
- Use marketing and referral data to evaluate and improve outreach strategies.
- Track and report marketing performance using spreadsheets and digital tools.
- Support internal communication and participate in team meetings.
- Assist with other tasks and projects that support the growth and success of the clinic.
- Travel to local referral sources and community events is required.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills (in-person, phone, and email).
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Growth mindset with a proactive, self-starter attitude.
- Experience with Canva or similar design tools for creating marketing materials.
- Ability to create and manage email marketing campaigns.
- Comfortable organizing and analyzing data using spreadsheets (filters, pivot tables, etc.).
- Strong organization, planning and time management skills.
- Experience or familiarity with StoryBrand marketing concepts is a plus.
